Mise en Scene- Behind the Scenes Filming Alannah

As one of the shots of our shot list we decided to have a shot of a blueprint, to add to the main plot of our title sequence being that of a bank robbery. Instead of creating blueprints from scratch we decided to use the internet to find an image of a believable blueprint. After finding one we printed the same image out in different sizes in  order to make it look like it was a number of different blue prints to reflect or show the different parts of the bank. In order to make the blueprints look even more realistic, we decided to use a black marker to write over the blueprint things such as "Bank" different numbers, arrows and the letter "X" After we had finished writing on the blueprints we positioned them on a table in a dark room with nothing but natural lighting, in order to give the illusion that the blueprints were in some sort of office or lair. We then used a camera with a top light to film various shots, filming over the blueprint, zooming in on different parts of the blueprints. We decided to do many different shots of this in order to allow us to have more options when editing as to which shots we would use.
